I enjoy living at the Venet...Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at the Venetian The people at the front desk and maintenance are all super nice They try their hardest to fix any problems that me and my roommates are experiencing in a timely and efficient manner. The only thing that I wish was better are the appliances, which are kind of out of date. The fridge isn't really big enough to accommodate 4 people and our dryer takes about 2-3 runs to actually fully dry our clothes. Other than that though these apartments are great for the price you pay.

Great Property, small rooms|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here in a small apartment community. I would say that my first few months here there was a huge bug problem for me and I wanted to move out immediately. I would see huge cockroaches in the apartment, some flying. But, they ended up dying down and I am still ready to move, I previously did a tour but I didn't imagine my own room being so small, furniture is old and should be renovated as well. Maintenance is okay, some things are claimed to be fixed and they aren't sometimes for me. The management seems to be on top of things and keeps us informed. I would just say I would rather pay less for the quality of the apartment.

I think this property has a lot of potential. |Recommended: YesI appreciate the snacks and drinks available. Im glad the neighborhood is being remodeled, and the rent should stay as is because it is perfect, and i actually enjoy paying this rent.

The Venetian|Recommended: YesI've liked living here and I like the staff in the office and the maintenance team a lot. The only thing I have a problem with is that there is NO visitor parking There is an abundance of resident parking, but maybe 15 total visitor spots. I would love to see them add more because I feel like it's such an inconvenience for my family and friends to visit me since there is nowhere for them to park. I hear the neighbors most of the time, but its a college complex so there's no way that won't be an issue anywhere you go. Occasionally my neighbors will have parties and litter, which can also be an issue. For the price and location, you can't find much better.

My experience |Recommended: YesOver all I like living at the Venetian, the staff is great Parking is a downside for sure but only when it's late at night is it a problem Visitor parking is a pain because it's always full but that's okay My only thing I would tell them to work on is letting us know when things change or something like that Over all a good place to live

Great Complex, Needs Some Minor Work|Recommended: YesMy experience living in Venetian Villas and now the Venetian has been great. Good neighbors, great location, and good layouts. The most major problem I have is that there is not enough visitor parking and that the general maintenance of the buildings I.E. pressure washing, replacing dilapidated boards, and very small fixes within the units such as all the cabinets closing, a clean air filter on move in, or matching paint on the porch. Easy fixes and attention to detail I hope will be resolved with the new ownership of the Venetian. Good ideas to consider would be to host more community related events and to put renovations into the pool area, which is another great social space, and I would hope the basketball hoop is adjusted to a proper, regulation height.

Fun, convenient location, decent sized space|Recommended: YesThe location is prime because it is in the middle of everything. There is a diverse population of undergraduate students living here which makes it comfortable for FSU students. The space is good for what you pay.
