With this in mind, we have developed an online communication portal that allows students, parents, and our team members to communicate easily and effectively. We provide unique usernames and passwords that will allow you to submit work orders, pay your rent online, and email our community team directly with any questions or concerns you may have.

We want to make every transition into our community as smooth as possible! Therefore, we have developed a unique roommate matching program to help students meet new friends and surround themselves with amazing individuals. Every student will be asked to fill out a detailed profile questionnaire that includes important information such as hobbies, interests, living habits, and study habits. Our roommate matching then provides roommate options based on information you have provided, so residents can connect via social media before move-in. We want to ensure each resident is matched with fellow students who complement their ideal living experience. The friends you make at The Venetian will be friends for a life.

In addition to monthly rent payments, utility charges will show
on your monthly statement such as electricity, water, sewage,
trash, internet, and cable. Our internet and cable package is
competitively priced at $30/month. These charges will be
automatically added to your monthly rent payment for your
convenience. On-site parking is available and an optional furniture
package is offered for an additional $40/month.
Yes, each unit is fully furnished with modern selections! Furnished units include a full-size bed frame with mattress, drawer storage, desk, and chair. Floor plans also come with a leather couch, chair, dining room set, entertainment center, and coffee table.

We want to do everything we can to ensure that you experience a comfortable living environment. The Venetian has an on-site courtesy patrol that is providing services for our residents when our leasing office is closed. We encourage all residents to report any suspicious activity to us and as always, dial 911 for emergencies.
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. We have an easy online payment system that allows you to pay any time of the day. You never have to worry about late fees if you opt into our automatic withdrawal option. You are also more than welcome to pay by check or money order in the office during regular business hours.
Yes! You may also pay by semester.
Yes, we do have on-site maintenance. Our online Resident Portal makes it easy to submit work order requests online directly to our office team. You are notified when your work is completed via email by receiving a satisfaction survey. We love to hear the opinions of our residents so that we may continually improve our services.
Great! We look forward to having you join our amazing community. We ask that each resident fills out an online application. This process takes about 15 minutes. If you are signing with a guarantor, they may also complete their portion of the application at the same time. The process is quick and easy!
